Aim for 8 glasses of water a day.
Drink 1 glass of water as soon as you get up in the morning.


Eat only unprocessed carbohydrates. Steer clear of gluten i.e. pasta, breads etc.
Eat 5 small meals a day.
Focus on fueling your body for energy avoid counting calories.
Use only Stevia as a sweetener and eliminate any ‘diet products’.
Drink only water, iced or green tea. Eat your fruit rather than drinking juices.
For fat loss eliminate or reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your last meal and replace with vegetables.
